The ex-owner gave us this dog when he were one month old( she said so but I'm not really sure about that),
she told us that because of her marble floor cause dog difficult to stand.
When we saw the dog, he’s always lying on the floor and when it walks just like flog or rabbit.
8.醫師的診斷：
I took him to several vets, some vet says that because his ligament is become lose,
need to have surgery, and some others told me he have CHD.

9.醫師的治療方式： most of the vets told me to have surgery, some like JPR
10.請儘量提供相關檢驗資料、x光片、Video檔：
I will provid X-Ray which took last week with an anaesthesia

if he really have CHD, are there any other suggestion that you can advice.

Your dog has CHD first sign-laxity(joint looseness). The good thing is that I didn't see any 2nd DJD and the shape of the cup and head are still almost normal.
First I like to know the functional laxity(looseness of joint can be palpated during the dog is awake) is existing or not. I prefer to start very STRICTLY conservative management for 4-6 weeks and recheck the bone condition by x-ray. The only surgery will be good is TPO but we always recommend to perform it at least 6-7 months old. I don't recommend JPS personally. In deed the age of your dog is over the time for JPS.

Sorry to bother you but I have some more question to ask,
First, can you tell us how to check the laxity is functioning or not, and second, you said need to start very strictly conservation management, what kind of management do we have to take, at last if we have TPO will it be better for the dog and us.

TPO is a surgical procedure to enhance the femoral head coverage. Please ask your doctor too. Or you can find more detail explanation from this website.
