為是因為籠子太小所以腳麻了~但經過一個晚上的觀察~沒有好轉的跡象~用力幫牠站立起來~姿勢也很奇怪~站沒多久~居然是用側摔的方式倒下~兩眼無神~食慾不振~把牠喜歡的肉條放在面前5公分處~居然連爬過去的力氣都使不出來~尿尿居然躺著尿~他趴著時前腳由側邊45度拉抬卻發現他會疼痛的叫

8.醫師的診斷： 當天去醫院檢查~醫師說發燒.腦壓不穩定.食慾不振.白血球數量過高(醫師說正常1.6萬檢查2萬多)是腦膜炎~住院3天後
~ 另一位醫師告訴我觀察的結果~排除腦膜炎的可能~拿出當初排除骨折的X光片~說應該是髖關節脫離發炎~引起發燒的現象~還說髖關節的問題沒有辦法解決~要終生吃藥抑制~否則要開刀~但開刀後只能維持生活機能(只能走.不能跑)~我又問:確定是髖關節的問題嗎?醫師回答:不確定~要做其他的檢查才能確診.......

9.醫師的治療方式： 照X光看有無骨折~做血液檢驗~住院打3天的抗生素及退燒藥~現在要吃ㄧ個星期的止痛藥(內含皮膚過敏的藥)

12.DACO現況：小狗已經帶回家自己照顧~吃飯.排便.意識都正常~體溫由最高40度降至39.3度~偶爾能用前腳撐著坐起~但還是不能正
常4腳站立~幾乎都攤在地上

I cannot zoom in the pictures, I only can see small pictures. please check what is going on. I don't know how to measure the brain pressure on dogs. Did your vet show you how or show you some evidence on the clinical signs to say it is so. I will recommend to do a thorough neurological exam and 4 in 1 test to rule out Lyme disease. Please check the link on wretch.cc and let me know when it is ready. CHD won't cause a sudden onset limping onernight. Of course, I cannot rule out meningitis, please give me the medicine name and the dosage your vet prescribed.

2.醫生判斷腦壓過高不穩定時~是用手電筒照狗的眼睛~他說瞳孔呈現不正常的擴張及縮小(擴張縮小範圍並不大)~以他的經驗說這種情況是腦壓過高~我有在旁看他檢查

3.請問醫師如何算正式的神經檢查?四合一指的是何種檢查?

Ok, I just say what I saw. The dog has moderate CHD, maybe worse, because the hip radiograph is not a OFA view. I already can tell the hips are not good. on the standing position pictures. The carpal and metatarpal joints have over-extension. Most of the time is because calcium deficiency. Maybe you provide enough calcium in the diet. However, if you don't let the puppy got enough sun shine or give him proper amount of excercise. They could cause a situation like this. I saw a lot of gas in small intestines. Most of the time The dog had an abnormal fermentation or even worse (GI blockage). I noticed your vet used some medicine to control the GI problem already.
The lateral radiograph is underexposed(too bright), I cann't see whether the hips are dislocated or not. The slow or under PLR(pupil light reflex) has a lot of possibilities. Brain pressure is not the only concern.
The 4 in 1 test is a commercial test kit from idexx. It will provide the test of Lyme disease, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis and heatworm. It need a few drops of blood and takes 15 minutes to get the result. The thorough neuro exam is very long to explain over here, so let's skip on that.
I will recommend to give it some calcium supplement and longterm supply of glucosamine. Please provide me a video of walking. Even a few step is very helpful.
