我家小朋友他三個月前跑步時偶爾會縮右後腳，帶去健檢時醫生是說這是股骨頭缺血性壞死，
我想請問醫生這真的是這種疾病嗎 ?
沒有除了手術之外的選擇嗎？
或是我們能如何幫他減緩右腳情況變壞的作法呢 ?

目前健檢的醫生是說，目前還沒有立刻開刀需要，
可以先觀察半年。

Sorry for the late response. The radiograph didn't show the typical lesion of the Legg Perthes' disease. The muscle of 2 rear legs are also symmetrical. It is very hard for me to make a diagnosis of Legg Perthes' disease just by this xray film. The physical exam is also important. Most of the time the Legg Perthes' disease patient will feel sharp pain when you extend the rear leg backward.

If it is really a Legg Perthes' disease. The surgery is the best treatment.
