膝關節移位

我的狗一歲2個月
平常在走路跑步或跳躍時都正常
但在伸懶腰、躺著站起時左後腳有時會縮起然後哀號
之後會持續一段時間不想動
今天看獸醫的結果為膝關節移位
獸醫說屬於第一期，用手扳會動，但平常沒什麼症狀
建議有惡化再做手術
請問醫生這種疾病一定會持續惡化嗎?
如果給予吃關節保健藥品可以減慢病情進展嗎?

The patella luxation(please review Dr.Wang's article in this website) can get worse by the time pass-by. It is easy to injury cruciate and adjacent ligaments if the patella is luxated and dog is unproperly using the leg. You may have to enhance the strength of patella ligament to prevent further looseness of it by swimming and well controlled types exercise. Joint protective medicine will help the cartilage and joint fluid quality which is good for this situation. Please have your dog check regularly by your doctor to make sure the condition is controlled. If it is gettting worse, surgery is the choice to fix it.

As I mention previously, enhancing muscular(tendon) strength is the best way to prevent continuous luxation. You do can use the conservative management of CHD to help your dog's Knee problem because both diseases have to ehance same thing(muscle, ligament, and joint capsule) and prevent same thing(avoid injury).

狗跛行發生頻率多高考慮開刀
這兩天大概一天一次
詢問獸醫的結果是建議早期開刀
避免關節面被磨的不平整更難處理
開刀方式是將膝關節的凹槽挖深一點
不用住院
復原期一星期
要配合復健
請問復健要做些什麼
以後容不容易復發
醫生有沒有別的建議?

Could you tell me what kind of dog it is and how heavy the dog is? Because most of the time, grade 1 patella luxation barely shows the clinical sign. Did your vet rule out all the possibility. Unfortunatelly, the result of conservative treatment is not as good as in CHD. It will be very helpful if you can show me the video of the dog having the problem. Thanks.
