請問退化性關節

醫生好，

我們家VIKI是一隻喜樂蒂牧羊犬，一歲的小女生。

前幾天因為驚嚇亂竄，導致右腳的骨頭脫臼，

照了X光才發現原來她早有髖關節的問題。

右腳的脫臼已經請醫生固定，希望可以再長出韌帶。

麻煩的是左腳，由於我們都沒有發現她有髖關節問題，

從小就沒有補充關節營養品，也照樣讓他跑跳樓梯等等。

現在左腳已經變成嚴重的退化性關節炎，

我爬了一下文，好像有種情況是狗狗的骨頭兩邊都脫出之後，藉由保守療法，一樣又可以跑跳。

但是現在小V的左腳已經退化掉了，這樣，還有脫出的可能性嗎?

問了四位醫生，都是要開刀做股骨頭切除手術，

但我把切除手術放在考慮的最後一項，希望可以有別的方法救救她。

請問我該怎麼做?

球麻有提醒我這張片子不正確，不過現在好急，VIKI的右腳又包住，暫時不能拍合格的片子，

現在小V的右腳包住，我都禁止她起來走路，不准她動，我怕另一隻腳也脫臼就慘了，

可是我看她一天到晚被我逼著趴在同一邊，好像也不太舒服...

請問我這樣是正確的嗎? 還是說，小V也可以起來用三隻腳走走沒問題呢?

First you have to calm down. It is not a life threating problem and we have different ways to help your dog. You have to make sure the reduction of left hip is good. Did your doctor make an after-reduction x-ray to make sure the femoral head was in right position of acetabulum. Another thing I like to tell you that the round ligament won't grow back even the reduction is good. We only hope the tearing joint capsule and adjacent tissue will heal strong enough to hold the femoral head inside acetabulum during 10-14 days of bandage-up.
If your dog has CHD problem(sorry the x-ray is very unclear and out of position,I still belive you dog has CHD) the close reduction is not easy to be successful.
As Cho mom said, Dr. Wang is in Taiwan now, You can try to make his appointment to let him examine your dog if you like.
