FHD 貓咪髖關節問題（已附上走路的影片檔）

醫師您好，

我的貓咪在最近兩三個月來變得不愛活動，本來玩逗貓棒會跳來跳去
後來變得都不想玩，頂多偶爾踢踢球。
前幾天天氣變冷，貓咪活動力更是大大減低
連走路都不是很願意，走起路來有點拖行，一跛一跛

帶去照X光，診斷為FHD
半脫位

看診醫生建議目前不需要開刀，給予葡萄糖胺補充及避免運動

By just viewing the x-ray you posted here, I don't think your cat's limping/dragging problems is related to the hip dysplasia.
I don't think your cat's hip problem is severe enough to effect the walking ability of your cat. Indeed, I didn't notice any significant 2nd degenerative joint disease(bone spurs or osteophytes) in this x-ray.
Did your doctor take complete body x-ray including the spine between thoracic and lumbar area?
Did your doctor perform any blood tests on your cat?
Did he/she perform a thorough nervous system examination?
I need all these information before I can give you more detail advice.

很謝謝李醫師和amy的回覆。

貓咪在12月底有做過完整的血液生化檢查，白血球、紅血球等、肝腎指數均正常。
沒有進行過神經系統檢查。

腳的問題是於1.11 2007就診。

在打針後的隔天有明顯的好轉，
