7.發病經過、症狀： 兩個月大時外八開始明顯,走路後腿扭動幅度很大,膝蓋會向前凹
8.醫師的診斷： 疑似先天膝蓋僵直導致CHD有可能惡化,後腿膝蓋明顯難彎曲,髖關節角度:左-98度.右-104度,
醫生說若幼犬在95度以上都還可以長得回來,但小米因為後腿膝蓋僵直可能導致CHD現象產生或惡化
9.醫師的治療方式： A.每日早晚服用舒骼健幼犬用各一顆 B.每日走路運動 C.每日按摩後腿膝蓋10-15分鐘使其能彎曲
10.請儘量提供相關檢驗資料、x光片、Video檔： 如附件

By viewing the x-ray you posted here, I only can tell you that your dog doesn't have significant CHD problem at this young age(I don't know there is any joint laxity or not by just viewing the x-ray. I can't viewed the knee very well due to the poor x-ray quality.
By viewing the video, I have to say your dog has hock joint problem, not the knee. Of course I didn't examine your dog directly, so I don't want to say I am right 100%. I believe your dog has hyperextension hock joint problem which is possible due to the weakness of the anterior(cranial) tendons, joint capsule or tight-up Achilli tendon. I really have to check it by myself before I can give you a conclusive answer.
You can increase your dog's daily exercise and exposure to more sunshine to help these tendons and soft tissue. You have to prevent injury due to over-exercise especially the tendons/soft tissue are not strong enough at this moment.
